This educational, fun-filled, one-day conference includes an opening keynote, three concurrent breakout sessions (four workshops for each breakout session) and a closing panel discussion. 

This year's theme is "Mind the Gap".  Join us to explore what that can mean in our HR spaces. We look forward to hosting you! 

Topics will include awareness of gaps in training, technology, communication, policies, talent, etc. An exciting speaker lineup is in store -  session information will be available soon! 

Our annual training conference attracts 350 HR professionals from 100+ public agencies in LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and Ventura counties.  The goal of our conference is to further the HR knowledge of HR practitioners at all levels, provide a forum for connecting with others in our field, and mostly importantly, have fun!

After the day ends, please join us for cocktails and appetizers to relax after a hard day of learning.

Conference Registration includes: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Happy Hour. Free parking is provided at The Grand
